How much does express transport cost?
The price depends on the route, shipment dimensions and weight, preferred schedule and loading requirements. We prepare a tailored quote after reviewing your enquiry.
How quickly can you deliver my shipment?
We check possible delivery times based on the collection point, destination and available capacity. Collection and delivery times are confirmed before you book transport.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Include the collection point and destination, preferred date, number of items, dimensions, total weight and contents. For larger goods, tell us whether loading and unloading equipment is available at both locations.
Can you transport pallets or fragile goods?
We assess these requests individually. Please provide the exact dimensions, weight, packaging details and any special handling requirements. Transport must be confirmed in advance.
Does submitting an enquiry place an order?
No. An enquiry gives us the details to assess your request. Transport is arranged only after availability, pricing and terms have been confirmed and you have approved them.
What about insurance and liability?
Before you book, we confirm the transport terms and the scope of liability with you. For higher-value shipments, please state the value in your enquiry so we can check a suitable solution.
